TG(CSL:mCherry)

About

The transgenic line Tg(csl:mCherry) is also known by Tg(tp1bglob:hmgb1-mCherry)jh11. The transgenic line was generated by Parsons et al. (2009) and expresses mCherry in the Müller glia cells (Kugler et al., 2023).

Tg(gfap:GFP)

About

Transgenic line Tg(gfap:GFP) was generated by Bernardos and Raymond (2006). Green fluorescence protein is expressed in the brain and retina at 24 hpf. At 72 hpf it is strongly expressed in the retina. It labels Müller glia cells in the retina (Bernardos et al., 2007).

Tg(tp1:eGFP-CAAX)

About

The transgenic line Tg(tp1:eGFP-CAAX) was created by the MacDonald lab and expresses green fluoresence protein in the Müller glia cells (Kugler et al., 2023).

Tg(tp1:Venus)

About

The Tg(tp1:Venus) by Ninov et al. (2012) was found to be a Müller glia reporter by the MacDonald lab (Charlton‐Perkins et al., 2019). It has green fluorescence protein expressed through the Müller glia cells and spinal cord form 48 hpf.
