About

Tg(vsx2:GFP) is a transgenic line from Kimura, Okamura and Higashijima (2006). The green flouresencet protein is expressed in retinal progenitor cells from 16 hpf and restricts to Müller glia and bipolr cells from 28 hpf (Vitorino et al., 2009).
