Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA)
ABOUT THIS ANTIBODY
Anti-PCNA labels proliferating cells
Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) antibody which binds to the PCNA p36 protein highly expressed in proliferating cells and found to stain proliferating cells in the zebrafish (Mazzitelli-Fuentes et al., 2022). In the killifish it stained many cells in the ganglion cell and outer nuclear layer. Additionally, it labels cell walls in the inner nuclear layer.
